all run the country, it was on cnn, msnbc, it was in the newspapers, and people started saying, what in the world is going on in virginia? not only does this get visibility, but one day, thanks to the extraordinary organizing of women, not only women in now, but throughout the women's movement in virginia, the day that the legislators were going to go to the house of delegates and vote, 1500 women lined the sidewalks and formed a conflict that the legislators had to walk past, standing arm in arm, silent, in a silent vigil watching them walk through. that is a mobilization that was practically overnight. this was fuelled by social me the at and by passion, and outrage at these exchange lists who are overreaching like i have never seen it at any time in my life. another mobilization that we did, when lisa brown stood on the floor of the house of representatives in michigan, objecting to yet another anti- reproductive rights bill, and at the end of her remarks, she said, mr. speaker, i am glad everybody is so interested in my vagina, but no means no. lisa brown was censured by the spea
